2020 ACCOMPLISHMENT

PGOM – General Services Office Accomplishments

• Facilitated the Land Titling of PGOM Land Assets

A total of six (6) land parcels acquired during previous administrations were successfully titled under the Provincial Government. These are located in Mamburao, Sta. Cruz, Sablayan, and San Jose, with a combined land area of 40.8812 hectares.

• Facilitated the Registration / Renewal of PGOM Fixed Assets and Vehicles

In compliance with the Insurance Code of the Philippines, thirteen (13) fixed assets were registered or renewed. Additionally, seventy-three (73) vehicles—including motorcycles, motor vehicles, and heavy equipment—were registered or renewed during the year.

• Conducted Inventories

A Physical Inventory of Properties was conducted in October 2020. The status of the properties was determined, except for those in Lubang Island Offices. Re-issuance of Memorandum Receipts was also carried out for proper documentation and accountability.

A partial inventory of infrastructure projects (2003–2019) in SAMARICA areas was also completed, recording a total of 137 infrastructures.

• Conduct of Public Bidding

The following procurement activities were conducted in 2020:

  • 49 infrastructure projects
  • 125 procurements for goods
  • 972 Request for Quotations (RFQs) posted on PhilGEPS
  • 907 RFQs for procurements below ₱50,000
  • 2,048 BAC Resolutions prepared and approved
• Provided General Services to All PGOM Offices

General services, including repair and maintenance of facilities, were provided to various PGOM offices.

Additional Repairs, Installations, and Services
  • Repair of electric lines and replacement of transformer damaged by Typhoon Quinta on October 26, 2019
  • Repair of PEPO Parking Area damaged by Typhoon Tisoy in December 2019
  • Repair of Capitol Main Building, Training Center, and Powerhouse Flashing, Fascia Board, and replacement of Capitol Canteen canopy roofing damaged by typhoons
  • Repair of OPA/PVET Office space for PGO Extension Offices
  • Repair of former PVET Building to serve as PWD Office
  • Repair and varnishing of the Provincial Governor’s Office wood tile
  • Installation of glass panel/cubicle and air conditioning unit in the Office of the Provincial Administrator
  • Installation of glass cubicle at ENR Office
  • Fabrication/installation of steel and glass windows at Cashiers Division (PTO)
  • Maintenance and supervision of landscaping and related services
